This is for lunch and dinner. A full set of instructions will be given. 

 

Lunch 

Fresh egg spaghetti, shellfish sauce, seared scallops.

Duck liver crème caramelized red onion, focaccia bread.

Boilíe goats cheese curd, caponata, yellow chicory.

Vanilla cheesecake, mango & shaved chocolate.

 

 

Dinner

Guinness bread loaf with fennel butter

 

Risotto of truffle & prawns.

 

Encrusted filet of beef with roasted red pepper, spinach, buffalo mozzarella & roasted carrots wrapped in pancetta, Cajun sauteed potatoes, wild garlic emulsion.

 

Half-baked chocolate cake. 

 

Selection of petit fours.
